777cp Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "777cp", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 777cp platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for the delivery of gaming and betting services at 777cp.bio.
• "Player", "you", "your", "Account Holder" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 777cp platform or who accesses the platform's services in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the 777cp website at 777cp.bio, all sub-pages, all associated applications, game lobbies, sportsbook interfaces, account management portals, and any other digital touchpoints operated by 777cp.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, instant games, promotional offers, payment processing facilities, and customer support provided through the 777cp platform.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account registered at 777cp, identified by unique login credentials and associated with one natural person only.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — refers to the PKR value held within a player's 777cp account wallet, including both deposited funds and credited bonus balances where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits granted by 777cp to a player's account, subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms as specified at the time of the offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum cumulative bet value that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all 777cp account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

777cp implements technical and procedural age verification measures consistent with international gaming compliance standards. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all associated balances forfeited, and the matter reported in accordance with applicable child protection obligations.

Each individual may hold one (1) account only on the 777cp platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 777cp employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. In cases where multiple accounts are confirmed, 777cp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and permanently withhold balances where fraudulent intent is established.

When registering your 777cp account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal full name, valid mobile number (in 03XX format for Pakistani numbers), a working email address, and a date of birth that confirms you meet the 21+ age requirement. You undertake to keep your registration details current and to notify 777cp immediately of any changes via the customer support channel.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 777cp login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be attributed to you and governed by these Terms, regardless of whether or not you personally conducted that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777cp support immediately through the live chat channel.

777cp accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the official platform at the time of your deposit, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit/credit card instruments. All deposits are processed and credited to your 777cp account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777cp does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777cp accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction on the platform. 777cp reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with or without prior notice. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts or instruments will be refused and returned, less any processing fees imposed by the payment provider.

By depositing funds into your 777cp account, you confirm that the funds are your own, obtained through lawful means, and not connected to any criminal activity. 777cp operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and may request documentation confirming the source of funds for deposits that exceed threshold values or that otherwise trigger AML review criteria.

Withdrawal requests from your 777cp account balance are processed in accordance with the tier schedule applicable to your account status at the time of the request. Standard accounts can expect processing within 24 hours; Gold tier accounts within one hour; VIP accounts receive priority processing. These timeframes represent 777cp's internal processing commitment and do not account for additional clearance times imposed by your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and applicable limits. Where this is not possible due to technical constraints, 777cp reserves the right to require an alternative verified payment method registered in your legal name before processing the withdrawal. 777cp does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

777cp may require completion of KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport), a proof of address document issued within the last three months, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your withdrawal facility until verification is satisfactorily completed.

777cp offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to first-deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty tier rewards, and free game credits. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which must be read in conjunction with this Section and the general Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified in the offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all 777cp bonuses:

• Each bonus is available to one account holder only. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will result in disqualification and may trigger account closure under the prohibited conduct provisions of these Terms;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage. The specific contribution rates applicable to active bonuses are published in the bonus terms accompanying each offer;
• 777cp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to an account at the time of suspension or withdrawal will remain subject to the original offer terms;
• Bonuses have expiry periods after which uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus balances will be forfeited. Expiry dates are communicated in offer-specific terms.

The maximum withdrawal limit applicable to winnings generated from bonus funds, where specified in offer terms, will be enforced at the point of withdrawal request. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum withdrawable amount from a bonus offer will be removed from the account balance automatically prior to withdrawal processing.

All games available on the 777cp platform operate in accordance with the specific rules published for each game title within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between game-level rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of matters relating to that specific game's play and outcome resolution.

777cp operates live dealer games sourced from certified international studio partners. All live dealer sessions are recorded in their entirety. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the recorded session footage constitutes the authoritative record and will be reviewed by 777cp's compliance team. 777cp's determination following such review is final and binding.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during any game session, 777cp reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to player balances. No payouts will be made in respect of game outcomes generated through a malfunction, software error, or incorrect display that does not accurately reflect the actual game state.

Sports betting markets and odds are compiled and managed in accordance with 777cp's internal trading standards. 777cp reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, incorrect odds being offered due to a pricing error, event cancellation or postponement, or third-party data feed failure. Voided bets return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cp platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or facilitating the use of multiple accounts;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play across multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any capacity;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any 777cp software or game;
• Placing bets or making deposits using payment methods registered in another person's name;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or activity intended to circumvent AML controls;
• Attempting to manipulate betting markets or exploit arbitrage opportunities in a manner inconsistent with ordinary recreational betting behaviour;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or 777cp staff through any platform communication channel.

All content, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, databases, and platform architecture comprising or made available through the 777cp platform are the proprietary intellectual property of 777cp or its duly licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership interest, licence, or right to use 777cp's intellectual property beyond the limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for lawful recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 777cp intellectual property without obtaining prior written authorisation from 777cp. Unauthorised use of 777cp intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and/or other violations of applicable intellectual property law.

Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from the 777cp platform at any time. A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, will result in the immediate deactivation of the account for the period requested by the player. During the self-exclusion period, the player will not receive promotional communications from 777cp and will not be able to register a new account or reactivate the excluded account before the expiry of the exclusion period.

777cp recognises that gambling can, for a minority of players, become a problematic behaviour that adversely affects financial wellbeing, relationships, and mental health. 777cp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or criminal activity; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification; or receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777cp will conduct its review as expeditiously as reasonably practicable. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed. If a breach is confirmed, 777cp reserves the right to permanently close the account, void associated bonuses, and withhold funds where lawful grounds for forfeiture exist.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777cp support. A request for permanent account closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering conditions remain outstanding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cp, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 777cp platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of procuring substitute services, even if 777cp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777cp's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777cp does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. 777cp accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability due to factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures, as applicable. 777cp accepts no liability for your gambling losses, which are a normal and expected feature of casino and sports betting activity.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with your 777cp account is governed by the 777cp Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read together with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

777cp collects personal data necessary for the operation of your account, processing of transactions, compliance with KYC and AML obligations, and improvement of the platform. 777cp implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. 777cp reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations as a player — 777cp will provide reasonable prior notice of the change through the platform, by email to your registered address, or through a notice displayed upon your next login. Your continued use of the 777cp platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your available real-money balance before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes conclusive acceptance of those revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with the use of the 777cp platform or these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards and the applicable legal framework under which 777cp operates. 777cp operates under international gaming compliance standards and is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution.

In the event of a dispute between you and 777cp regarding any aspect of your account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or these Terms, the following procedure applies: (i) You must first submit a formal complaint to 777cp through the support channel, providing full details of the dispute; (ii) 777cp will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days; (iii) Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 777cp's internal process, the parties agree to seek resolution through recognised independent dispute resolution mechanisms available in the online gaming sector.

Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the validity, lawfulness, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777cp in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
